  • DISTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITY

Diligently use best efforts to market and offer the products and distribute to customers. The Distributor is liable for any failure to provide complete and accurate information when ordering products. The minimum order quantity is 10 per SKU or a minimum of $1000 per total order value.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Twin Eagles Imports hereby grants to Distributor a non-exclusive right to market, offer and sell and distribute the products. A distributor is an independent selling agent who has permission to sell our products as specified in the contract but is not entitled to use the Twin Eagle Imports trade name as part of its business.

  • DELIVERY

Delivery periods and dates shall be as specified in order acknowledgment. All delivery periods and dates are non-binding estimates unless expressly referred to as binding in the order acknowledgment.

  • PAYMENT

Invoices will be issued within 48 hours of order submission. Payment is expected 3 -7 business days after order confirmation. Goods will not be released until funds have cleared.

  • CLAIMS

The rights of the Distributor regarding defects shall be subject to the Distributor examining the delivered products upon receiving and notifying Twin Eagle Imports of any defects no later than three days after receipt of the products. Hidden defects shall be notified to us in writing with photo reference after discovery.
